Project Leader / Architect - As an experienced Project Leader, you will be responsible for efficiently and successfully leading, managing, and overseeing architectural production projects from the Pre-Design phase through to Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration phases by setting, tracking, and managing project budgets, schedules, and design scope as well as coordinating effective communication between clients, consultants, and supporting staff. Interior Architect - As an experienced Interior Architect, you will work collaboratively with the Principal and Project Leads to develop innovative interior design concepts while working on all phases of a project. You will be responsible for client interactions and presentations; finish research and selection; product research; programming and space planning; producing construction documents; construction administration; writing specifications; and coordination with multiple disciplines. Architectural Designer - As an experienced Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for assisting project teams and working on a variety of projects, from schematic design through construction administration by working effectively with the Project lead to produce 2D and 3D design deliverables.  Additional responsibilities include researching and documenting building systems, assemblies, and other potential specifications, as well as, project code requirements.  Architectural Designers will attend and document client, consultant, and contractor meetings.
