Phase 1 of this 248 unit luxury net zero living community is nearly complete and the contractor and developer are gearing up to begin Phase 2 in the Fall of 2019. This sequel to netZero Village allowed the integrated design team, led by Black Mountain Architecture, to build upon our shared experience of the netZero Village project.
